Superfood Salad

A great way to use your homegrown superfood microgreens is to put them in a salad. You can eat the microgreens straignt from the grow kit or you can mix them in with other ingredients. You can read more in this article.

Microgreens have a high nutritional density, and are up to 40x more nutritiously dense than their mature versions. Microgreens have many vitamins and minerals and are eaten for their health benefits.

We have 9 different Seed Quilt types. 8 are superfood microgreens types and we also have a Seed Quilt for growing wheatgrass.

Broccoli microgreens are extremely nutritions and contain sulforaphane which is believed to have many health benefits. Kale superfood microgreens are also great to grow and are very healthy for you.
