It’s bold, rich, comforting and meaty! Add all of your ingredients to your crockpot and let it cook overnight for a delicious hearty meal you can share with your family. Ingredients: 1 [14.5 oz] can diced tomatoes 1 [8 oz] can tomato sauce 1½ cups BBQ Sauce 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 1-2 tbsp hot sauce ½ tsp liquid smoke 2 to 3 cups chicken broth 1 large sweet onion, chopped 4 celery stalks, chopped 4-6 garlic cloves, minced 1½ cups frozen corn 1½ cups frozen lima beans ¼ tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp salt and pepper 1 bay leaf 2 tbsp butter 2 large chicken breasts, or 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded 2 lbs pork shoulder Garnish: Hamama microgreens Shredded cheese Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Add all of the ingredients to a large crockpot. Cook for 8 hours on high or overnight on low. Once the pork and chicken are fork-tender, remove the bone and bay leaf and shred the pork and chicken. Turn the crockpot to warm and serve!
