Refreshing Side Salad With Earthy Clover Microgreens

I hope you've been enjoying your Earthy Clover Seed Quilts. Clover microgreens are just so delicious, on sandwiches especially. They provide a similar taste and texture as alfalfa sprouts! I was looking for a new way to use these beauties, and I came up with this delicious side salad. I think you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

What You'll Need

- HAMAMA Grow Kit
- Earthy Clover Seed Quilt
- Scissors
- Garlic salt
- Mustard seeds
- Red pepper flakes
- Cucumber

Step One: Harvest

You've been growing your Earthy Clover Seed Quilt in your HAMAMA Grow Kit for 10 days, and now...it's time to harvest! Use scissors to harvest your clover microgreens and put them in a bowl. One Seed Quilt harvest will be enough for 4 side salads.

Step Two: Mix In Ingredients

Chop one cucumber into bite size pieces and add to the bowl of clover microgreens. Add a pinch of garlic salt and a tablespoon of mustard seeds. Then add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a hint of heat!

Plate of roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a side salad of clover microgreens and cucumber.
