7 Hot Wasabi Mustard Recipes

7 Hot Wasabi Mustard Recipes

Starting Tuesday, February 25th (also called Mardi Gras in some cultures), we are celebrating the launch of Hot Wasabi Mustard (Brassica juncea) to HAMAMA's microgreen flavor offerings.

Though still chilly in many parts of the US, Spring is closer than we may realize. Winter's shadow has started to dwindle and the sun is showing itself more each day. With temperatures emerging above freezing (32F) our soil is thawing and the creatures are taking note. Some parts of the Southeast  in 2020 are experiencing the earliest spring in the 39-year record. So, we decided it was time to kickstart the outdoor growing season by introducing a spicy kick into our meals & diets.

Enjoy this mustard microgreen recipe compilation which gives tribute to our HAMAMA Happiness Team, who discovered fun ways to incorporate Hot Wasabi Mustard microgreens into their lunches, dinners, & even desserts!

Science has shown us that mustard microgreens are packed with fiber, vitamins A, C, K, E, B6 and minerals such as folate, manganese, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and copper. They also contain high levels of protective phytonutrients.

In no particular order, we present seven micro mustard recipes that you must have in your back pocket. We are here to support your nourishment at your next gathering. Be ready though! Hot Wasabi Mustard microgreens do add a nice kick of spice your meal.
